İn nature everything is as simple and flawless as it should be.
Back To Nature
We are part of nature. we did not come here later, we were born in nature and it gave us everything we need. Everything humans have needed to survive, and thrive, is provided by the natural world around us.
Food, water, medicine, materials for shelter, and even natural cycles such as climate and nutrients …
The ancient people lived compatibly with it. The world changed rapidly in the 2000s.
The Information Age also is known as the Computer Age, Digital Age, or New Media Age is a historic period in the 21st century characterized.
With all this information, we have been distanced from real knowledge.
Ancient information. The secrets of the universe that you may come across often in social media.”This mystery is much simpler than we think.”
People moved away from nature with the influence of the urbanized world. Many have forgotten where they belong. They have lost the connection with nature and their inner connection.
A human who can not correlate with the mother nature feels lost in the universe. How we bond with our mother is very important.
We may feel lost in our universe but nature will always give you unconditional love and power.
My Experience in Nature
I always loved nature but had never really connected as I am now. When I first started to spend time alone in nature I felt so free. it was the only way to connect with myself and find my own power.
I felt really intensely, unconditionally loved and accepted and afterward I started to feel these feelings for all people as well.
I learned in nature to listen to myself. if we listen to ourselves we find our way. I encourage you to be alone in nature. To Gain Mental and Physical Strength
The secret of it goes beyond the limits. There are many ways to challenge ourselves. It might be going to the mountains for a person who fears of height or swimming for a person who fears water. Camping in the forest, diving into the water, running in the hills. To put your body and mind under the pressure and let it overcome the difficulty.
My First Challenge
I was having trouble dealing with the cold. İn the coldest time of the year in Slovenia I jumped out on a ıcy day for a run. When I finished my first trail in -7 degrees I was a different person. It did not change my body reaction all of a sudden but mentally It helped me and showed how strong I am. Finding your own strength, feeling that you are part of nature. We need to be together to be completed.
This winter I tried swimming in the cold water and this time It changed my body reaction. I kept challenging myself (swimming in the cold lakes, walking on the ice, running in the snow…) and every time was easier than before.
I like to challenge myself in nature. It makes my mind clear, my body strong.
